Does FREE Home Delivery apply to all orders?
Because of cost efficiencies we are only able to offer FREE Home Delivery within 30 miles of our Corporate Office. If you are unsure whether or not you qualify for FREE Home Delivery, please feel free to give us a call and we will gladly do our best to make arrangements.
What if my delivery area is outside of the 30 mile radius?
We try to accommodate all customers as much as possible. If your order is large enough, we may be able to make an exception. Otherwise, delivery charges may vary. Please call the office nearest you or call your individual sales representative to schedule delivery.
After the Introductory Offer, are all subsequent orders full price?
We like to reward our loyal customers with discounts and special offers, especially when they take advantage of our convenient ordering process online. As our way of honoring our sales team for their hard work, we have given each sales person a special code that is unique to them, which they will give you for future purchases. This special code will give you access to special offers and discounts that no one else has, when placing your order online.
What kind of discounts can I get if I order in bulk?
Our pricing is structured as such, so that the more you purchase, the more you save. For larger orders, we have unadvertised bonuses of FREE freezers, FREE grills, and FREE meats depending on how much product you purchase. Please call to speak with someone from our management team to find out which promotions you qualify for.
How long is your product Guaranteed against freezer burn?
All product is guaranteed for a full 12 months, no questions asked, no hassles. Simply keep your unused portion, and we will promptly replace it with equal or lesser product at no charge.
Do you have gift certificates available?
We do not carry gift certificates at this time, but we will gladly place an order as a gift and schedule delivery per your requirements on behalf of the recipient. Corporate clients, Christmas gifts, and other such special occasions play a large role in the volume of business that we do locally throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.
Can I mix and match my orders by the case?
We will be happy to accommodate you any way we can. Special arrangements can be made for custom cases by simply calling our offices. Please have your salesperson’s special code available at time of call.
Can I pick my order up from your location?
If it is more convenient for you to pick up your order at one of our offices, please call ahead of time and we will gladly make plans to meet you at your convenience.
Am I allowed to tip your salespeople?
All of our sales associates are independent contractors, which means that tipping and gratuity is not required, but always appreciated.
Can I get a discount or reward if I refer a friend?
We love referrals! Please speak with your individual salesperson or call our office to find out more information. We often have multiple families make arrangements to split bulk/package deals for best pricing and discounts.
